    The Wilson Toast
    by John Wilson

We hold there's a smile in every cloud,
yet can be a silly brood.
We love stories and friendly crowds
and good cheer and good food.

Whether you be Wilson or you be friend,
lift your glass and give a cheer,
and where ever you go, or where you've been,
remember those gone, love those here.

    All About Our Wines

    Traditional Grape:

    • Autumn White - $12
Modoc grown, Wilson harvested. A delicious, semi-dry white that goes especially well with chicken. Great for sipping. (wonderful marinade)
    • Chambourcin - $12
This medium body fits most red meat meals with good balance of oak, alcohol, and fruit

    • Chardonnay - $15
This is our Top shelf wine. This California grape is so surprising in it's huge lemon taste and herbal finish that it might be beyond description with its high alcohol and a touch of residual sugar. See our shedule for this year's release.
