Traditional Grape:
- Autumn White - $12
Modoc grown, Wilson harvested. A delicious, semi-dry white that goes especially well with chicken. Great for sipping. (wonderful marinade) |
- Chambourcin - $12
This medium body fits most red meat meals with good balance of oak, alcohol, and fruit |
- Chardonnay - $15
This is our Top shelf wine. This California grape is so surprising in it's huge lemon taste and herbal finish that it might be beyond description with its high alcohol and a touch of residual sugar. See our shedule for this year's release. |
*Indian Trail Red- $12- One of Darrins creations, barrel aged through the winter, won't last long if every body keeps bringing steaks to BYOM |

Made in the traditional German style with flowers and sweetness. |
- Seyval Blanc - $13
A great white to go with the lighter type of meals--just a hint of sweetness. |
- Shiraz - $15
This is a top shelf wine. This Californa grown grape was barrel-aged with big alcohol and great balance. Will match any steak or good company. |
- Steuben - $12.00
This rose' is NEW and won't last long. Better get yours while you can. |

Sweet port-style wine --- Jim has unleashed the beast. Jim hopes to have this batch ready by opening day, we don't thin we'll make it by Mushroom Day. |
- Strawberry - out season should have it for Follies, Sept 27

- Peach -$13 not much of this left, light and easy, just made for a summer day in country

- Cranberry - $13- Made for the Holidays and for turkey and Jim finally made enough we got some left to start the 08 season
Red Raspberry - One of our best holiday wine, and is sold out. Be back at our Holiday Open House event Nov. 8 it never last long

"Not So Traditional":
- Modoc Mead -$11-A sweet honey wine, that won the best mead in Indiana three years ago, Jim hopes it will be done by Mushroom day 5/3

- Modoc Apple - We didn't make any last year cause there was no apples, Jim promises we will make it this year. Check wilth us in the fall, maybe ready for the Follies

* Grandma's Rhubarb - $12 Don't knock it till you try it. Tart, yet sweet, we tried to make it like Grandma Wilson used to make it. *Midnight Red - Modoc grown, sweet with friends, comfort alone. $16.00 This port style wine took a lot work to get right and we think for the first time out the Wilson family got something to haunt you with at Midnight when you need a smile. Great late nightcaps and even better with cigars.
